Namibia is a country in southern Africa whose western border is the Atlantic Ocean. It shares land borders with Angola and Zambia to the north, Botswana to the east and South Africa to the south and east. Comprising largely of Kalahari Desert and Acacia veldt this sparsely inhabited landscape truly is breathtaking.
Filled with an abundance of native game, Namibia is the home to large amounts of Kudu, Gemsbok, Damara Dik-Dik, Red Hartebeest, Kalahari Springbok and Mountain Zebra as well as many other species. This the ideal place to bring your family along with luxury camps and many comforts one would expect in luxury hotels. The Kalahari scenery provides a great setting for photographic safaris and with the companionship of the African campfire. Namibia offers similar safaris to South Africa with the added advantage of hunting much larger tracts of privately owned land often well over a 100,000 acres in size.
